The School Success Partner owns the complete experience for every school that joins MMAP, from the moment they sign through their ongoing use of the platform. This is not a help desk role. It is a relationship role. You are the consistent human presence that stands between a Montessori school and the friction that comes with adopting any new system.

This is not a traditional hire. We are looking for a Studio Partner — someone who wants to build a communications and web design practice without starting from scratch. You will pitch, design, and deliver communications and web work under the MMG Studio name. You bring your own clients and serve those who come through MMG's network. You work under a brand that people in the Montessori world already know and trust. You keep 70 percent of everything you bring in.

The Cohort Guide is the primary adult relationship for every resident in their cohort across the full arc of the program, from orientation through practicum completion. This is not a feedback-only role. The Cohort Guide knows each resident: their strengths, their growing edges, their classroom context, and where they are in their formation as a guide. The feedback they give is specific because the relationship runs deep.

The Search Partner runs the operational pipeline for active hiring searches. This includes creating job promotions in Canva, posting positions on LinkedIn and Indeed, reviewing incoming candidates, scheduling interviews, checking references, and keeping school clients informed with biweekly email updates.
